CONNECT & SETUP

Connect Deepcut.

Use Deepcut with ChatGPT, Claude, Cursor, or any compatible MCP client. Connect the MCP first; Google then asks you to authorize your own YouTube account.

1

Connect Deepcut

Add the Deepcut MCP URL to your AI client.

2

Sign in with Google

The client opens Deepcut OAuth, then Google asks which YouTube account to use.

3

Approve access

Grant playlist permissions. Your Google password is never shared with Deepcut.

4

Start prompting

Ask for playlists, edits, discovery, matching, or cleanup in natural language.

WHAT HAPPENS DURING SETUP

Secure Google sign-in. Authentication happens on Google.

Server-side credentials. Deepcut stores OAuth credentials needed to keep the connection working; production storage must be encrypted at rest.

Your playlists stay yours. Playlists are created directly on the connected YouTube account.

Private by default. Deepcut creates private playlists unless you explicitly choose otherwise.
